Shaklee Athletes Stengthen Immunity

Shaklee athletes When asked how they strengthen their immune systems and stay healthy,  all five Shaklee athletes were surprisingly similar in their recommendations. Virtually all of them identified six practices that can help build strong immune systems:  
  • overall health and fitness
  • plenty of sleep and recovery time
  • good diet
  • staying hydrated
  • smart supplementation
  • stress management
